Mail couriers and especially USPS are experiencing unprecedented increases in packages being sent this season due to COVID-19 and at the same time are experiencing staffing shortages due to the same. Due to this, many packages sent particularly through USPS are being delayed, and unfortunately we are unable to guarantee shipping dates or times.
As of 12/14, we will make sure each order placed is fully insured. As of 12/16, If you are wishing to place an order to receive by Christmas, you must choose 2-Day express or overnight shipping for the best chance to receive your package on time. I am so grateful for everyone's support, patience, and understanding with all the challenges that have been thrown our way this year, and in helping me keep this business alive.
