Wear Nature, Not Plastic

For this Earth Day and Earth Month, we wanted to take a moment to highlight, congratulate, and thank one of our core brands here at Burke, Kowtow Clothing, for their consistent efforts to put the planet first. For the past 17 years, their commitment to Fair trade organic cotton has always been unwavering, and they've worked toward many achievements including B-Corp status, but they recognized the need to go beyond industry norms, and find more natural alternatives.

Why? Because they believe in a future where fashion harmonizes with the planet and people, leaving no harmful footprint behind. From January 2024, new Kowtow Fair trade organic cotton garments are all plastic-free. The journey to plastic- free has been one of ambition, innovation, craft and commitment. It’s the result of years of research and development.
