15 Percent Pledge
In June 2020, we joined the 15 Percent Pledge originated by designer Aurora James, to dedicate 15% of our shelf space in store to Black owned products and brands, in an effort to provide long-term investments in the Black community. While the call was directed at major corporate retailers, we felt inspired to implement this into our own business model and seek out more Black owned brands that match our business aesthetic and ethos.
